Shipping Information

Shipping:
  • The Funky Koi only ships to the lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US Territories, Canada, Mexico & other countries. We strive to ship all products same day! Shipment tracking numbers will be sent to the email address used during the checkout process as soon as the tracking numbers are available.
  • ALL DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND SHOW THE SHIPPING LABEL AND THE DAMAGE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
  • Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Shipping costs will be evident during the check out process.
  • We reserve the right to notify you in the event we experience unexpected or unusually high shipping costs on a product you have selected for purchase. We will contact you so you can decide whether to continue the order with us or cancel the order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and void your order when our credit card processing system notifies us of an acceptable fraud score. Fraud scores are due to mismatched shipping and/or bill addresses; bad IP addresses, bad email addresses, etc.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and void your order should we be unable to fulfill due to inventory shortages or damaged inventory. We will contact you to let you know when the product will be in-stock.
  • Parcel and Freight companies do not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. For example, if a package tracking number is available on Friday; the product will not start traveling until the next business day, Monday.
  • All products less than 70 pounds are shipped by the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number for your order the day it is shipped (typically same day the order is received).
  • Expedited shipping may be available for items weighing less than 100 pounds. If you need faster service, please call our business line (508-880-0274) and we will do our best to assist and provide you with the expedited shipping costs.
  • Product packages over 70 pounds are typically shipped by Fedex Freight or UPS Freight. The freight company reserves the right to decline delivery to certain residential locations.
    • You will be responsible to inspect and sign for your order upon delivery.
    • The Funky Koi will not be held liable for unloading your product and/or additional delivery charges incurred if your ship-to address is inaccessible to the delivery truck.
    • Orders are typically processed within two business days. We will help coordinate delivery time with the shipping companies but cannot guarantee delivery times. We will not be held responsible for delayed product delivery costs, including but not limited to labor and/or stand-by charges or equipment rental.
  • For products over 100 pounds: Semi trucks (such as Conway, for example) may deliver to your location but it must be easily accessible for the truck driver to make the delivery and safely turn around. The freight company reserves the right to decline delivery to certain residential locations.
    • Off-loading your order from the truck is your responsibility.
      • You will be responsible to inspect and sign for your order upon delivery
      • The Funky Koi will not be held liable for unloading your product and/or additional delivery charges incurred if your ship-to address is inaccessible to the delivery truck.
      • Orders are typically processed within five business days. We will help coordinate delivery time with the shipping companies but cannot guarantee delivery times. We will not be held responsible for delayed product delivery costs, including but not limited to labor and/or stand-by charges or equipment rental.
  • All sales are final. We will help you with any manufacturer warranty claims.

Legal Claims: All disputes must be decided under MA law and any proceedings must be commenced in a Bristol County, MA court.
